A-Plus solution implemented in the Electronics industries covers various sizes and shapes of products. The flexible conveyor designs, allowed it to fit the requirements of the nits and gritty challenges in transporting and placement of customer’s products.
A-Plus automated materials handling solution aids the different aspects of the automotive lines featuring manufacturing, assembly and distribution lines. The creative and unique solutions implemented in production processes such as curing, cooling, assembly, inspections, testing, dispatch for many different products encompassing the likes of engines, tyre, car seats.
A-Plus has provided automated handling systems to aid in the processes of food products such as cooling, weighing, mixing, baking, canning, sorting and packaging lines. The automated solutions have greatly benefited in up lifting the productivity gain and cost saving in eliminating access labours.
APlus has also built different types of equipment for our own customers.
The MDR operates on a safe low voltage of 24 VDC and they are produced with brushless motors albeit a variety of operating speeds and roller tube materials. The drive end of the MDR is engaged by a standard stub shaft extending through the frame to drive surrounding conveyor rollers. The MDR has no exposed belts whereby no guarding is required, in addition, there are several operating controls available that also includes a smart control for zero pressure accumulation. It has a noise level as low as 60 DB. Its application is wide catering to many different uses from pushing light to heavy weight loads, the reason for choosing the MDR over the traditional motor drive is because of its simplicity in operation, maintenance and installation. We work closely with our partners for the supply of the MDR.
